Returns:
- Because some products are handmade with love and care, and often personalized, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised items unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package with photos and details so I can help resolve the issue.
Refunds:
- Refunds are only offered for damaged or incorrect items.
- Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or shipping.
Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
